Midterm Results and Spring Break Announcements

  • The midterm grades are now available on Gradescope. Please log in with your MIT email for Gradescope access (this applies to cross-registered students as well). The median score is 83.00, the mean is 79.43, and the standard deviation is 14.95. Midterm solutions can be found here.

  • If you wish to request a regrade, please submit your request on Gradescope. Be sure to include a clear explanation and justification for the specific question(s) and part(s) you want reconsidered. Note that regrade reviews may result in no change, addition of points, or reduction of points. We may also review other parts of your midterm for grading accuracy.

  • Regrade requests will open after Spring Break on Monday, March 31, at 9am, and close on Wednesday, April 2, at 11pm.

  • To accommodate Spring Break, the regular assignment lateness will pause from Saturday, March 22 through Sunday, March 30 (a total of 9 days).

  • Regular class meetings and office hours resume after Spring Break on Monday, March 31.

  • We hope that everyone has a good Spring Break!
